4 inch fixed blade

I am looking for someone to make me a 4 inch fixed blade, for general/outdoor/hunting purposes. I would like the steel to be strong, stainless, and hold an edge. I would like a full flat grind with 20 degree bevels, and the blade shape to be a simple drop point with a stonewash finish. I would like the handle to be a rough, textured Micarta in green or tan, with a lanyard loop. Price range around $200.

That's a cool knife but I'm looking for something with a longer blade length.
