Item #2:

Fiddleback Forge Leuku

Here is the original Fiddleback Friday ad and description:

https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/fiddleback-friday-05-16-14.1182053/

2014 0516 20 - Leuku with Emerald Green burlap from Shadetree over black g10 with white pinstripes, Tapered tang, convex on 5/32 spalted (actually Fiddle-textured) 01 steel - $380

I have had the opportunity to check out and handle a good number of Andy’s Leukus since 2014. This one remains the lightest and best balanced one I have seen. I have used it lightly for some food prep over the years, but it has mostly been held in reserve.

The following photos are all recent to show that it is in great condition with no patina or scratches on the blade.

This deal includes a custom leather sheath made specifically for this knife.

Price: $SOLD includes domestic USPS Priority shipping and Paypal G&S fees. I am not looking for any trades at this time.

Item#3:

Fiddleback Forge Gaucho

This was the last of the group buy Gauchos from last year. It is .105” thick AEB-L stainless steel with a commando black G10 handle. The original knife I was slated to get did not make it through production, so they had to order more material and start from scratch to remake it. I asked them to order 3/8” thick G10 handle material instead of the standard 1/4” stuff so that the finished handle thickness would come out similar regular handles with liners & pinstripes even though this one is commando. The result turned out very nice.

Other than a couple test cuts on paper, I have not used this knife at all. I have decided to let it go to someone who will use and enjoy it. No sheath included.

Price: $SOLD includes domestic USPS Priority shipping and Paypal G&S fees. I am not looking for any trades at this time.

Thanks for looking!

Phil

Item#4:

Joe Calton Spear Point Parer

I was recently gifted a new custom paring knife by a special friend. Since I only have one slot in the block for that role, I am letting go of this Joe Calton Spear Point Parer. I gave the blade a good cleaning with Flitz this week to remove the patina and I refreshed the edge to its original sharpness.

Here are the specs from the maker:
OAL: 7-5/8”
Blade: 3-1/2” long tip to scales with a full flat grind.
Steel: .053” thick 1095 steel differentially hardened & double tempered.

Here is the makers original sales thread with more info:

https://www.bladeforums.com/threads/spear-point-parer.1604643/

This knife has been used in my kitchen and stropped/sharpened. Some minor surface etching in spots (see 3rd photo.)

Price: $SOLD includes domestic USPS Priority shipping and Paypal G&S fees. I am not looking for any trades at this time.

Thanks for looking!

Phil
