Ggoose, I use bottles of dry color pigment from K&G knife supply. They have black, red, white, yellow, and tan. I use the black, red, or yellow for liners and also to fill around the file work. I sometimes use painters acrylic paint color from tubes that I get at Aaron's art supplies but you must not use much or your epoxy gets rubbery., I use it to color match pits in burl wood but not for holding scales on. The dry pigment is always the best for strong epoxy and I use West Systems G-flex epoxy for strength. I have heard that Acraglass by Brownells gunsmithing is good too although I have not used it.
