Hi guys,
I recently got my first ESEE..and the model I've choosen was also the 4. I've never had a 6 in my hands, but it seems to be a good large knife. However, the 4 is the perfect knife for me, which will work with any other knife...for example with smaller knife like a SAK or Izula for hiking and in combination with a machete in "densely overgrown forests" or even in the jungle.
I'm sure, you will love your 4.
