Gotta thin my collection to make room for something new. You know the routine
All prices include shipping. Shipping will include tracking and insurance.
All knives ship with original box and any original paperwork. If you want additional pics of anything, just let me know.
Only trade I'm interested in is a Benchmade RSK MK1 Stonewashed M390 a.k.a. "Doug Ritter Griptilian" from KnifeWorks.
Spyderco Military CRUWEAR Sprint Run - $Withdrawn
This one is in great shape and has been sharpened by me to a ridiculously sharp edge. CRUWEAR gets very sharp. The G10 has very light wear on it, but it wipes factory clean with a Mr Clean Magic Eraser sponge and water, if you want it looking flawless.
This knife sold new for $190. There are a couple retailers still offering this, but at prices around $240.
Highly recommended for someone who wants a fantastic 4" user.
Spyderco Stretch Aogami SuperBlue Sprint Run - $SOLD
Another fantastic user. SuperBlue gets so sharp, it's insane. I sharpened this one up a bit, and in the process, it seems to have gotten a tiny smudge on one side of the blade. I captured it pretty well in the pics below. Non-issue for a user, just full disclosure in case you want this one for a pristine collection.
Razor sharp and ultra-lightweight. These SuperBlue Sprints are laminated between 420J1 steel which scratches VERY EASILY.
Hopefully pics capture the lack of scratches on this one. The lamination / grind lines are pretty even too. Minimal pocket clip wear.
Spyderco Dragonfly 2 Aogami SuperBlue Sprint - $SOLD
I selected this one as the better of the 2 I originally bought because of it's very even lamination / grind lines on both sides of the blade. A great specimen.
Factory edge. Extremely minimal scratching on the 420J1. Pretty much just a few circular scratches from the pivot area. That's fairly unavoidable on these SuperBlue Sprints, unfortunately. That being said, this one is in really great shape. Only selling it because I have a Dragonfly 2 in H1 that I actually plan on using. This one just sat in the collection.
Spyderco Embassy Automatic (Combo Edge) - $SOLD
Sold new for $200 several years ago when Spyderco did their most recent run of Autos. This one is in great shape. Never used it, but I did sharpen it very lightly on the SharpMaker. Edge is very sharp, but this did cause some very minor scratching on the beautiful satin S30V steel. My stupidity is your gain.
The pics capture the minor scratching pretty well, but if you want more pics, just ask.
Benchmade Contego 810-1401 (KnifeWorks Exclusive in M390) - $SOLD
Still some left on KW.com for $200. Get yourself a discount here. This one is basically BNIB aside from me gently running the edge over a piece of very soft leather strop, just to shine it up. This big ol' chunk of M390 is awesome. I really don't want to part with this one, to be honest. The G10 is much less aggressively textured than on the standard M4 version of the Contego, making it much more comfortable in the hand. Axis lock action is butter. Blade is flawless. Beautiful satin grind with a light stonewash. Did I mention my reluctance to part with this one...? >_>
Just a superb overall knife imo. But I need the funds...
