Hello,
I've made up another run of these paracord wrapped 1095 knives. They are probably my highest selling knife by volume having sold hundred and hundreds and I've gotten a lot of good feedback about on them. They are a great value.

I'm also interested in purchasing one of your blades. I was interested in the clipped point and stinger coyote #1. I don't see any method of contacting you directly and I'll be at work for the next 18 hours so I'll be unable to supply funds until I return.

Hello derleth, i do ship internationally and just checked postage to France, first class (cheapest fee) is $23 bucks so the total is $63. Let me know if you still want the knife. Kelley

I am also interested in purchasing on of your blades. Do the sheaths include a belt loop ?
I ride a fair amount and would use it primarily while I am cruising. Thanks Rob.

Hello Gapilot, they do not come with a loop but the three holes on the sheath are on .5 inch centers for a small Tek-loc which can be found on Amazon or ebay for $13 to $15. I dont have any right now but will order and install it for you for an extra $13 if you want.

Interesting you drew interest from 3 new members as their first post:thumbup: Unless I missed it what is the grind on these, I assume a flat saber or are these a low hollow grind and would you happen to have a picture of what the handles look like before you corded them up? Thx

Hello scout1sg, Interesting observation, I didn't noticed but its cool. I hollow grind these getting the edge geometry nice and thin for good cutting while leaving a lot meat in the spine for good toughness. I try to run .03 to .035 inches just behind the secondary bevel. I made a homely looking Tanto that didn't sell for the Atlanta Blade Show in 2000 and have been using it for cutting leather in sheaths making every since; it split up 8/9 ounce leather wickedly. The tangs are solid with only two hole in the back, one for tying off the paracord with and the other is for a lanyard. I have some blades that are heat treated but not cleaned up yet and I'll try to get a photo of it and post it here tomorrow.
Thank,
Kelley

Thx for the info Kelley, have you ever or can you make them in a standard saber/flat grind vs the hollow grind. I do like your LSC#2.
Jim

Hello Jim,
Photo of the tang and my 16 year old ugly Tanto. I'll consider making some of these with a flat grind in the next batch I do. I have a dozen that need finished before another run gets cut out.
Thanks,
Kelley

Hey if it gets the job done no worries (no beauty contest needed), I'd certainly be in for one of the LSC 2s in a flat/saber grind. Does that not save some of the work on your end as well? Takes some effort and not to mention quite a bit of skill to hollow grind a blade I'd think. As far as the tang is concerned I actually prefer it solid (un-skeletonized) as you did. Please shoot me an email when you get some time. Thx!
