Greetings,
I am selling a light, fast, good cutting dao. This one has a beautiful pattern, and everything is hand made by me. The furniture is brass and has some light oak leaf engraving. This piece is inspired by Ming Dynasty originals. The vital stats are:
28" blade length
790 grams (will add handle wrap for free if desired)

Here is a shot of the pattern.

THERE IS ONE COSMETIC FLAW, and therefore I am selling this for a user rather than just an art or collector's piece. It would be worth around $1,500.


I am asking $800, with a handle wrap included. I will consider serious offers, but $800 wins immediately.

I sort of want to keep this as my personal cutting sword. We shall see. It works well for cut and for thrust.
