Instead of messing around with trying to find what size the screws are and putting in another order then waiting on it to come. I think I'll try to make my own clip.I was thinking of using 410 stainless sheeting. .040" thick. Will that work or should I use a different material? Also I figure I'll have to heat it with a propane torch in order to bend it without breaking. Will I need to quench it or anything to keep it springy enough?
Thaks for all the help.

Thanks. I just looked through their site and saw a lot I could use.I have an order ready to go for Koval right now. Barry Jones was able to answer my question on the screws.I'll keep Halpern in mind for getting things in bulk.

yeah titanium will keep a memory. they're only like $3 a peice so, i'd say it's a risk worth taking, plus it sounds cool when you say you have Ti pocket clips on your folders, people like Ti becuase it's kinda mysterious to them.

Thanks guys.
I just ordered one from Koval along with the other stuff I need. Barry Jones said he thinks theirs are Ti. also and made by microtech. I'll probably go to Halpern for the next project because I from what I saw it looks cheaper. Thanks for warning me about the 410 too. I was thinking about getting some to mess around with, now I know not to frustrate myself with it.
