I'm still not sure.

If Jeremy sends me all the data, I can plot it out in MathCad and then figure out the likely effect on the earth's magnetic field.

Then, I just need to reserve core time on the Maui Supercomputing Facility. A little coding, a little plotting ... why in ten years, we should know what to do.
