416 or 410 stainless

Yeah, but it isn't exactly cheap. McMaster-Carr has 410SS 0.250 x 0.500 in 24" bars. The part number is 9524K532. For some reason I can't link directly to that page. Labeled as "precision ground, tolerance on thickness is +/-.001, flatness is .001/in, length is +.5 and width is +/-.005. I may be wrong, but ~$59 for 2 feet seems pricey to me.
 
Jantz has 1/4x1 and 1/4x1.5. K&g has some also 3/8 x 3/4. It is a bit expensive but not the price of the PG stuff, Like $14-24/foot.
