Hello gentlemen,
Anyone else looking forward to fishing season? In anticipation of this I've got an awesome set of knives to consider. They are 440C stainless steel at RC60 with some vintage canvas micarta I got from @Milan Mozolic. It's reportedly from the 70's-80's and it has great coloring. The liners and pins are blue G10. You can purchase them together (10% discount) or separately.
FILLET SPECS:
OAL: 11.5"
BLADE: 6.9" long, 1" wide. It has been hand sanded to 600grit. It's tapered towards the tip giving it medium flex. The grind is compound full flat/convex and the edge is down to 0.008" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.078" 440C stainless steel heat treated to RC60.
HANDLE: Vintage canvas micarta with blue G10 liners and pins.
SHEATH: Pouch style leather or TekLok ready Kydex sheath included.
