CPM T440V....AKA 6V, AKA S60V...hasn't been made for several years.
The best way to (maybe) find some would be to contact some of
the old Crucible distributors and inquire about old stock...
Added: Flagg Steel,in STL used to be a Crucible Distributor. If
they're still around,try them.They may be able to point you in a better
direction.
Also, Admiral Steel ,in Alsip,Il.used to sell 440V....

Crucible has not made CPM 440-V for a long time. It is possible to order some but we would have to buy the product of a heat which is about 5,000 pounds. We have not had enough demand for it to place such a costly order. CPM S90-V is probably the closest thing to 440-V for now. You could contact SB Specialty Metals in Arlington (800-365-1168) to see if they have any old stock lying around.
