440V vs ATS 55

I have never seen or used ATS 55 but from it's ingredients, to me it would be a great metal for a blade. I think it's probably availability that is the cause. I use 440V and like it alot!
 
Here I have made some comparison in cutting performance between the knives including made of mentioned steels.
As always the question "better for what purposes"?
