44OT Special Run in 2001?

Does anyone know about a special run of 44OT made in 2001? There were (according to this ebay ad, #6605774125) 4000 of them made.
Can anyone verify this?
I thought it was interesting, but the price is higher than I want to pay.

Yes Dale, this one is correct - it's one of the "less common" Schrades.

And, with only 4,000 produced it's one of the (IMHO) more collectable Schrades.
