As I have previously mentioned, I am moving my collection of knives and antique-pistols (https://antique-pistols.com) so as not to leave my wife with the hassle if I fall off the perch unexpectedly.
Most of my stuff, particularly the pistols and one-off commission knives, are nosebleed expensive, but I bought 'em so there must be someone else out there with deep pockets and a love of the best-of-the best.
I am having some success with 48-hour "specials", they are true specials inasmuch as they are exceptionally keenly priced. I'm doing this because I would drop significantly if I put the knives on consignment and, if they move quickly, I'd rather do it this way.
Today's offer is a Glenn Are Hovin "Foniks" . This is a one off with oversize Portuguese Oak Cork pivot collars and scales. If anyone is interested I have a video of this knife being made from start to finish. Glenn said this is the knife he would make for himself. Glenn makes his knives like Abrams tanks, he's a big boy and thinks everyone is as strong as he is, this knife has got a very strong detent, very satisfying to flip if you don't break your finger ;-) (It's not that strong really).
Priced for 48 hours at PRICE REDACTED SOLD with shipping from Australia. I have sent quite a few knives to the US, they take about a week to get to US and then normal internal postage.
