Thank you for the chance and I'm differnetly in! My last slippie was a Timber Wolf Candy Stripe Barlow and my last folder was a Spyderco Endura. My last favorite traditional knife I got was a rattle snake skin Case mini trapper. I'll try to get pics soon. I'm at work now. Thanks again and congrats on 4K.
Congrats on your many posts and a pull at a great knife! IIRC the last slippie I opened my wallet for was this Utica bone black box Winchester toothpick.
4,000! Congratulations.
The last knives I bought was a pair of Case yellow CV Sod Buster Jr's. I am giving one away mint, and put a little forced patina on the other. It's sharpened up an in my pocket as I type this.
Well.... It's not exactly traditional but the last knife I bought was a RAT Izula, pictured here posing with a Mora during a hike a couple of weeks ago. There was also a Vic Farmer in my pocket that didn't make it into the picture.
The last folder I bought was a Opinel no. 7.
The last slippie I bought was a Buck stockman (maybe a 373?), which I really like, but ended up fiddling around with it and removing the spey blade (along with some of the snap) to thin it down.
4 of the 5 knives mentioned were traditional anyway! And best of all: 5 pretty good knives for right around $100 total spent.
That Queen is a beauty! My last traditional was either a Case small Texas jack or med. stockman. There was a flurry of arrivals there for awhile. Congrats and thanks for the chance.
Thanks for the chance, I love the Queen teardrop. My most recent slippie was a double first for me: my first yeller handle, and my first moose/muskrat pattern.
Just got it yesterday. Northfield UN-X-LD #538209MFT in Yellow Rose bone. She's a beaut!
Wow, what a neat creative contest. My last knife was a Bruckmann corkscrew? bartender? jack knife in rosewood (no bolsters). Sorry no pictures. Thank you for the opportunity and you are entirely too generous!
