That takes a charcoal or two .Not this year, but from roughly 1995 until 2018 this is what I did on July 4th. These are from 2013. 4th of July celebration in Deer Lodge, Tennessee. 250 half chickens and 50 quarters. Proceeds go to the Abner Ross Community Center in Deer Lodge.
