I never would have thought I'd have 5,000 anything on the internet. Especially 5,000 posts on a forum. But this place has become, as it has for many others, a cyber home of sorts. Great community of people, excellent knowledge base, and kick a$$ knives! Those of you that know me here know that I only have a few Busse blades at any one time and all are users. Nothing fancy. And I love to use them, and again, nothing too fancy. But as Boss Hog says, "That's how I roll". 
My first idea was a contest to see who could help me score one of dem CG SFNOs at show prices.:thumbup: Yeah, right! 
So then I thought that a cool idea for a contest would be for the best pic set or video of a Busse blade in action. I'm not interested in abuse so no knives in a vice being hit with a 20 lbs. hammer. That is fine for testing, I guess, but I am thinking more along the lines of Busse knives in action.
So here are the guidelines:
(1) Open to any forum member. Mods included. Anyone and everyone.
(2) Video or picture set must be of a Busse blade in action. And it must be you doing the using. Throwing, batonning, chopping, slicing, prying, etc... As long as it's being used it qualifies. Submit as many vids or picture sets as you like but only one can make it to the finals. New and/or old vids & pics welcomed.
(3) On a future date (not yet set) the top entries, decided by myself and a few volunteers will be put in a poll for all to vote on. The one with the most votes will be the winner.
So what is the prize? Well I do not have much of anything sitting around that I have not used. And with Christmas comming up quickly Santa needs to be careful with his funds for his three little ones and his wifey. So the prize, in addtition to good ole' INFI FUN, will be your choice of any 1 Busse T-Shirt or Hat from Skunks Company store + 2 homemade lanyards (made by SNAFU I believe). I know it's not much but hopefully people will participate for the love of using their INFI more than anything else.
So start posting some good stuff and just have fun.:thumbup:
