The best thing about this pic is the shirt the guy is wearing.
That is a big, lovely Morel mushroom--my favorite food in the entire world.
I had a few pounds shipped to me this last year and literally blew the socks off of a bunch of New Englanders that had never seen....much less tasted them. If you have never eaten them, you are missing one of life's greatest pleasures. They are so good, that even avowed mushroom haters gobble them up with reckless abandon. Here's a couple of pics for the interested:
