With interest high about the Badgers, and the fact that I do not know how to reuse the pictures here, to put them in Mulders 16 badger Thread, then this will just have to do.

Andre,

You just have to copy the URL for the pictures you have already posted and then click on the little picture of the mountain on the message toolbar and paste the URL. Like this:

Looks like this:

That's what I wanted to do in Mulders,Stop Badger me post, still not sure exactly whay you mean, even looking at your very simple, explicit instructions.

Andre, the URL is simply the web site address.

For instance, one of your pics is hosted on Bladeforums at http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=65717&d=1168802423
(The actual web address is longer, but the Bladeforums software shortens it and puts elipses marks (...) in the middle.)

You can find out the web address of any picture by right clicking your mouse with the arrow over the picture and then choosing Properties. The web address will apear beside Address (URL). Give it a shot with the picture below.

You can actually highlight that address with your mouse, click the right mouse button, and choose Copy. Then you can later right-click the mouse and Paste the address wherever you want.

rbmcmjr's point about making the image show up is that you need to place the web address between these two VBulletin (the BF software) commands:

When I put the above address in between these two commands, you don't see the actual text on your end. Instead, here's what you see:

This thread got me thinking... so I pulled out my BBSHSH and my SHSHII that were both listed as the 5/16" thickness (I was given the actual thickness on the SHSH btw). They are both smooth coated blades made of A2. I took my measurements at the ricasso...

The BBSHSH comes in at .307"
and
the SHSHII comes in at .300"

Andre... thanks for bringing this back up and for the SHBA pics... that triple ground fat bastid is the bomb!

.

Some Badger pictures in this, Not sure how to put them into the Current Badger thread

I have a .300 Straight Steel Heart and a true .3125 Straight Badger, a Triple Grind, the Infamous Fat Bastard.

There are true .3125 Steel Hearts, down Deep in the Black Holes of collections.

Some were sold as A-2 I remember a couple Sold as INFI, as was this Fat Bastard of mine with the Hole type Handle Fasteners

Is there any picture of the "Infamous Fat Bastard" around ? I'm very curious about it :D

Well, I didn't know there were any SHBA with tube fasteners.

This one has the slotted bolts and comes in on my mic at .315" Maybe Jerry can tell us if it is INFI since some of the slotted bolts may be INFI.

Here's one followed by a short description.

Here's another nice looking Badger Variant.

BADGE_ST.jpg

...it is the "Infamous Fat Bastard"

A true 5/16th inch INFI SHBA with a Triple grind,
True 5/16th early INFI can be really tough to find, I sold one without a triple grind and heard of a couple more, but I have only actually seen the two of them, I also saw a Steel Heart about the same time.
I will add that a hollow tube, 5/16", INFI SHBA would be the grail of ALL grails for me!!!

One day......one day.

Yup, I had one quite a while back, stupidly traded it off. I want it back in the worst way. :(
Mail received btw, returning it as soon as I get more info, interesting piece! ;)

I know where a tube fastener SHBA or 2 are resting. But I am not giving up
Stamped SHBA to get one.....and unfortunately that is the only one the Hog wants......
