These are Russell Green River blanks,forged 1095 carbon,flat ground I put a hand rubbed finish on them. These take & hold a wicked slicer edge.

These next two,you can take as a set or individually. The scales are stabilized spalted maple,book matched cut from the same block. I hit some natural checking on the boning knife that did not appear until I sanded it fine. So that knife is discounted but these are to be used so it's a great deal. 1/4" corby bolts are nickel silver.
3/32" thick stock forged 1095 carbon flat ground. Hand rubbed finish.
Butcher OAL is 11.5" ,blade is 7" with 6-3/4" cutting edge
Boning knife is 10.25" OAL , 6-1/8" blade with 5-3/4" cutting edge

And I am getting into growing my own veges for my juicing ( anti-cancer diet lol ) so the stag ( India stag-dyed ) Patch knife will be perfect for me going out there.
