HD, I'm heading out there tomorrow morning. :) I'll be staying at the Charleston Ramada. (At least until I pass Mamma Peeps' inspection. I think Fiancee Peeps' build-up might be hard to live up to.) :eek:

(The real name is Bryan McWhorter if you've forgotten since the khon.) ;) I'll be checking in Saturday afternoon, and leaving Monday afternoon. So far, the weekend's agenda is pretty fluid. :cool:
 
Are you going to the Vandalia Gathering over on the Capitol? We are going up on Sunday. A couple of my pals are in the Old Time Banjo contest. I'll try to call you sometime on Sat and leave a message. Might be able to drop them by when I come to Charleston on Sunday. My friends the Yahoes are playing at 1pm

Vandalia was one of many suggestions Kat offered. :cool: Saturday is supposed to be the only decent weather day this weekend, though. :( And, I think the maternal screening is tentatively slated for Sunday. :eek: We'll see. ;)

We'll hook up somehow, and I did get your email, so I can call you if there are developments on my end. :)

I have been thinking that this wasn't the best time to be in the middle of a "hair-ranching" project. I probably look like I live under a rock. :rolleyes: Oh well, I guess I'll just have to win her over with my boyish charm. :p
 
LOL...I can just see a bunch of us showing up to speak for him...blades sticking out all over the place, Tom dripping mineral oil, Hollow dragging miscellaneous tent pieces, Semper still dripping a bit of blood, me with my glowing windshield and so on...

Why, Mac would look like the Prodigal Son returning and be a shoe-in!
