In my experience, finding 416 any thinner than 3/16" has been difficult for at least 6 or so years. When I first switched over from NS and 300 series to 416 for guards and such like 9 years ago, 1/8 was readily available. Then one day, no more. You had to use 410 if you wanted thin.

Jantz has 3/16. Quick surface grind and you're there.
