Hi All,Another in my line of hand made kitchen knives. This one is 5.5 inch Chefs Knife. Made from 154 CM, thickness from the distributer is at .103 to .113 a little thinner now. 154 CM is a Hi-Carbon stainless, if stainless is the way you want to go this would be a good choice of steels. Hardened and tempered three times to a solid Rockwell 59. The scales are made from black paper Micarta and 3/16 inch brass pins. The finish is a polished satin on the blade. The pattern above the Hollow ground edge is as it came from the steel mill. I like the way it looks as a counter point to the finished concave edge. I have smoothed it down so its slick but it retains its natural appearance.

Like all my knives it is hair popping sharp. Hair off the arm type sharp and should stay that way for a long time. The tempering is hard, a Rockwell 59 but not so hard that you would need diamond paste to sharpen it. If you have any questions or comments post them or email me. Someone please buy this before my wife takes it.
Price shipped to the lower 48 is $95.00

Thanks for looking comments are always appreciated. SOLD
