For the last year all of my folders have had "hard soldered" bolsters. I've finally found a way
to do it that I'm happy with. (requires oxygen, acetlyene )
Specs
Blade and spring Ats-34 61+ Rc, 3/32" stock.
Blade is hollow ground, (14" wheel) hand finished, drawn swedges.
Frame 410 ss, mill relieved, Threaded bolsters.
Scales my dyed and jigged bone. All pins ss.
Back is flush open and closed positions, cam end.
Closed length 5", open length 9". Smooth action nice w/t
Crescent Nail Nick, knife can be pinch plucked.

I held this knife yesterday, it is incredible has perfect fit and finish and very light weight for its size.
 
Super nice Ken. I have one of your Barlow's, and I gotta tell you, it's one of my favorite carrys.
