Up for grabs are two of my 5" chef knives. These both have thinly ground 14c28n blades. This knife makes a great all around utility knife for the kitchen, its size makes it very controllable and useful for all but the largest of tasks.
Here are the specs.
Knife #1
OAL - 9 1/4"
Steel - 14c28n .093" at the spine with a nice distal taper. These are heat treated and cryoed (LN) in house by me.
Blade - 5" I gave this one a nice stonewashed finish
Handle - Stabilized feather Bastogne walnut, hand finished to 4000 grit w/ carbon fiber pins
