All of the Fontenille Pataud knives have an internal stop pin so there is no worry of the blade contacting the spring. They also come with a brown leather slip sheath.

This knife is very similar to the GEC 23 Bull Lock.

I had forgotten about those, but I believe I do have them. I can't verify until later this afternoon, but I will say that they were all purchased from reputable dealers and there is no reason for me to believe they are counterfeit. I would stake my reputation on it.
