I’m reasonably new to knives, and I’m still finding out what I like and don’t like. Well, it’s time to let go of some things that are just not getting any pocket time. First “I’ll take it” (followed by payment) gets the item. Please PM me with any questions. Prices include shipping, and are in Paypal goods and services.

  1. Kizer Eliminator 2 (Ki4483). Paypal G&S: $99 Thought I’d love this knife, and I used it a little to cut up food at work and to cut a little bit of cardboard, but some hot spots annoyed me, so I went to work with my Dremel, enlarging the finger choil and chamfering a corner of the upper scale that is adjacent to the lock bar. (See the close-up picture where I show the chamfering of that corner.) The finger choil hadn’t been big enough for my finger, and the sharp corner of the blade was digging into me; my enlarging of the choil worked perfectly, and my chamfering of the corner made that second hot spot a lot more comfortable. There was some chatter of the Dremel along the blade, so you will probably want to sharpen it. There was also some slight scratching of the top face of the blade, which I tried to mitigate with Flitz. In short, the knife does not look brand new, but it still looks rather unused, and I do believe that the ergos are substantially better for my modifications.

  2. Kizer Feist. Catch and release. Sold. This looks to be in excellent condition, and there is absolutely no problem with the floating stop pin. There is also no grittiness whatsoever in the action. The blade locks up very securely. It’s just that this little knife is too small for palm. Blade is dull from previous owner, but the scales look terrific. If you've been wanting a working Feist, here's your chance.

  3. Kizer Vanguard Flashbang. Paypal G&S: $58 I used it to cut up a little cardboard. This knife is in perfect shape. The pictures seem to show that the blade is scratched, but that’s just fingerprints and residue from a little tape. Seriously, the blade looks brand new on both faces.

  4. Kizer Degnan Guru. Paypal G&S: $90 Unlike the rest of the items, this is a user. I have sharpened this several times, but the blade is not a terrific slicer. Scales show plenty of snail trail scratches. My sharpening is imperfect, too. Still a nice knife for someone who likes this design.

  5. Kizer V3 Vigor G-10/Titanium with S35VN blade. Paypal G&S: $99 Used only slightly, though I stropped this on a leather strop on a WSKO. There appear to be two small nicks in the blade right where the flat portion transitions to the belly, but I don’t think the camera caught them. The knife is in almost new condition. Note that this is not the vanguard version; this is the S35VN version of the knife. The only reason I’m getting rid of this knife is that the butt of the knife, not being round, digs into my palm. Other than that, this is a beautiful knife that I am sorry that I am selling. This knife may have been discontinued, because I don't see it for sale (as new, that is), anywhere.
