5 mm Torx Wrench... Where to purchase?

Does anyone know of a source for a 5 mm torx wrench and approx. cost?

Check your local Sears store. I've bought several from them. Their about $2 bucks each unless you buy a set. You could also check your local Radio Shack.

I have been wanting to ask this question too. I have several CRKT knives that use tiny Torx screws, and I can't find a bit that fits.

Hello RH, Sears carried Torx screw drivers for about $2.00 each. The smallest one I have is a # 6 which I bought at Sears.

The T5 Torx bit is a very uncommon item. I don't think Sears has them that small. Are you sure that this is what you want?

I'm looking to adjust the pivot on my small Mirage, and move the clip on the Neck Peck. What size do I need?

A size 6 or 8 may suffice for a small knife. I use a number 6 to remove pocket clips on several knives and a number 8 or 10 to adjust the pivot screw on most of my larger folders.

You can buy a Benchmade pocket torx tool kit for the 1SKS for $10 that should have everything you'll need to tighten up your knife.

In Canada - Home Depot. Set for 12 bucks canadian includes 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 15 Torx, 2 small flat/blade, 2 small Philips. With handle. Works on any CRKT, Benchmade, etc...

Maybe in the states too...

Thanks for replies. It is a # 5 per William Henry Knives. I need to dismantle knife to try and realign off center blade. Home Depot doesn't have it in my area.

You won't kind a #5Torx at Sears. Their smallest as the #6. www.wihatools.com has all the Torx sizes down to #1

I got the #4 and 5 for $3.95 each. And the service is excellent.

Sign up for their catalog. It's really well worth it.
