I cannot stand that "need help" live chat crap taking up half the screen on my phone, and there isn't a desktop view option. Extremely unpleasant to use.
Edit: the site isn't so complicated that a live help option needs to be so prominent. Honestly, anyone that so immediately needs help with the site shouldn't be trusted with sharp objects.
