Prices include fully-insured shipping to ConUS only. **If you have expectations of speed of delivery, please express them BEFORE purchase.** I do my best to ship quickly, usually getting the blade enroute via UPS by the following business day,
I accept PayPal FnF, Zelle (preferred), or Venmo BEWARE OF SCAMMERS: I WILL NOT EMAIL OR TEXT YOU REQUESTING PAYMENT. I WILL ONLY BE REPLYING TO PM'S YOU HAVE SENT ME.
"I'll take it" in thread trumps PMs.
PM with offers or questions.
Prompt payment is expected and appreciated after claiming (unless agreed upon BEFOREHAND).
Side note: a few of my BF friends are asking what's up with the big sales lately. Well, for those interested, I'm very close to finishing my first sci-fi novel, so I'm trying to raise funds for the editing and publishing as well as clear out some distractions so I can make sure it comes together as I'd like. I have a sneak peek online, PM me if you want to see it.

My feedback rating is 100% positive on nearly 200 transactions here on BF.
I'm also 100% positive on over 500 eBay transactions (username there is jkdedc)
Lastly, I've done hundreds more directly via DM's (repeat buyers), or via IG.
*This is my hobby, for enjoyment purposes. As such, I reserve the right to decline selling/trading with whomever. (IE no feedback, negative feedback, or general tomfoolery).*

Truly a show-piece collectable that I'll probably regret letting go. Snag it before I change my mind!
Has existed as my main desk pen. Scratches and dings from use. Will likely need a new ink refill soon if it doesn't already.
Pen Type-A ® is part of the Cooper Hewitt National Design Museum permanent collection. Retails for $190. Offered here at a substantial discount because of it's pre-owned, used nature.
A balance of simplicity, precision and substance since 2012.
Pen Type-A is manufactured with quality and care at a multi-generation machine shop in Vermont, USA.
The deep wells in the cylinders and the square sleeves are painstakingly drilled out from a solid block with a gun drill. This machine uses high pressure oil pumped to the cutting edge of a specialized bit to slowly drill out a perfectly straight and deep well.
The clean and smooth cylindrical pen slides neatly into its sleeve, held in by a magnet once in its final position.
You’ll note a slight popping sound when removing it from its sheath—the effect of high tolerances creating a pneumatic seal, much like a piston.
There is no visible branding on the surface of Pen Type-A®. However, hidden under the coin screw is our tiny CW&T inscription. (Just in case you or your grandkids want to figure out where it came from.)
The stepped geometry of the tip leaves the contact point exposed, so you can see what you are drawing. It is perfect for architects, illustrators, and designers. Inside the ruler sleeve is a stepped area keeping the super fine tip gently rested against a silicone pad.

Needs an ink refill. If you really look, you'll find some snail trails. The finish masks most marks, so it looks pretty well new unless you're specifically looking for potential imperfections.
