Hi my friends.
I recently finished a new one and really enjoied doing it.
It's a Sanmai hunter fulltang, brut de forge and Brazilian walnut scales.
The SanMai was made with AISI 430 on sides and SAE 1070 in core.
Scales are fixed with epoxi resin and the SS pins riveted, with 2,5mm smaller then frame, but with comfortable grip without "life corner".
The darkening process was made with manganese phosphate.
Drop point was almost like spear but very agressive as well.
Satin finish #600 grit.
Leather sheath.
