clean and sober 9/11/11. I would of posted yesterday, but I decided to wait until today because of the day. Still, a day late is better than not at all!

I had a herina operation in August of 98. I knew I would have about 3 weeks off of work and I deceided to quit cold turkey. I did. I have an drink every now and
then....maybe once a month or so. I really like ale or imported beer. I have one once in a while.

Alcohol is Not a part of my life anymore.

Good work guys. Been a little over 7 for me. Never did the 12 step thing, but I guess whatever works for you and keeps you sober.
