Phil, I am currently back at my old job running the maintenance crew in the crude unit of a refinery, so back in WA till May. II told them from day one I wasn't going to stay past May. Luckily for me they will take me anyway they can get me. Haven't sold the house in WA because of the market and the payments were killing my hope for retirement. Redoing the financing to get some of the equity out to fix up the Montana place, reduce the monthly payment so I can either rent to own or just rent. Don't want any loan on the Montana place. Still looking to become retired from work next summer at 62 and only make the max allowed under early retirement at this business. I can make that in a shutdown in less than 5 weeks of long hours. Then, knives, hunting, camping and fishing business will just break even. LOL. Buying wood is part of an investment in my retirement along with steel and tools.
