5000 Winners!!

I like the second from the left, is it a Winchester Stockman? Thanks again for the chance at such sweet knives! I've never owned a Winchester, and I'll carry and gently use this one with pride.

Those "black box" Winchesters are a totally underrated series of knives. Very nice designs and excellent production on most of the models in this series (late 1980's - early 1990's). You guys will enjoy them. Congrats to all the winners!

Awesome giveaway Charlie. Thank you for being such a generous and kind hearted BladeForumite! You give so much to this forum and I want to thank you personally! Congrats to all of the winners....

Wow, this was a great opportunity. And I can't believe I won something!

I'll take the seagreen Seahorse. It's gorgeous!

Thank you so much!

P.S. I see 1K posts slid right by me without my noticing. Hmm,,. I'll have to do something about that...

Congratulations to all of the winners.

Excellent giveaway, Waynorth. Those are some great knives.

A brief note to all the winners; I haven't been able to get away, to my U.S. Post Office, so I am mailing those knives out today, from Canada.
My apologies for the delay, and have a Happy and Healthy 4th of July!

I got mine yesterday! Thanks very much, Waynorth!

Note: I'm close, BC to Oregon. Others might take longer.

I got the tadpole today! Wonderful knife Charlie! Looks like a little butterbean. I really like it. It is a solid unit and just like new. Thanks for the great give-a-way.

I hope everyone got their knives!! Please let us (me!) know!!

Many thanks, Charlie! I just picked mine up from my mailbox. I believe it arrived Friday or Saturday, but I was away last week and didn't receive it until today.

It is stunning! The best thing is it looks much better than even the pic you posted. I'd never handled an old Winchester before, but everything about it is perfect. The black bone is gorgeous, the blades slide past each other just right, and the walk and talk is excellent. Now I know what all the fuss about the older USA Winchesters is all about. Thanks so much!

I've never not used a knife right away. They all go into my pocket the first day. Even the Harness Jack you designed got sharpened and used the day I opened it. But the Winchester I'm going to enjoy and admire for a bit before I gently sharpen and use it. It feels a bit more "historic", being 22 years old. I'm going to relish in that before putting it to mild use.

Thanks again for making my week! :D

I picked up my winnings at the PO today and boy did I sure have a goofy grin on my face. BIG THANKS to "The Northern Maniac" for making my day :D. The '88 3 7/8" Winchester 2880 1/2 Swellcenter Moose went right in my pocket when I was done CEn and CFn it in the car....been lovin on it here in my office at work.
