As long as the 501 never gets the boot. It's the closest model to a slim 112 which I would love.

Almost a drop point skinny 112. Although I do appreciate the curves of the 55.

The often forgotten 500 is the same length as the 112, much slimmer and 1 ounce lighter. If you're into drop point blades, you might like the Duke!

Well, I did not hold out for very long. I already have a 505 CKS with Buffalo scales, no rivets. So I just ordered a 503 CSK with Buffalo scales, no rivets to match. Since I was on Buck's site, I went ahead and grabbed a plain Jane 503 Rosewood also.
