I just started using a 503 I got 2 days ago. Its a very nice knife. It was very sharp when I get it. That lasted 2 days. As much as I like the knife, I wish I could get one with a BG-42 blade. Any chance of getting one from the custom shop?
 
As it stands now, PCKS will only customize 110's. There was a lot of discussion towards the end of last year about PCKS offering more models in the future. Since they revamped the software that Pete's Custom Knife Shop uses recently, I am hoping they are now working on adding more models to the options. The 503, in my opinion, would be a good canditate along with the 500, and my personal favorite (at the momment) the folding Alpha series.

Joe - any update on when PCKS will fancy up more than just 110's ????

fudo - are you asking Joe the same question, or are you asking who "Joe" is? If it the later, I am refering to Joe Houser, of BUCK's Customer Relations Dept., and Moderator of this forum, who normally reads, and responds to posts here. I am hping he has some updated info on the future of PCKS.
