Talked with Buck Knives sales today regarding the rubber display mats. The mats are dealer perquisites for Buck dealers whose orders reach certain magnitudes.

The factory store has a big sale this week, the customer line is out the door, so I am unable to get thru on the phone to inquire as to the rubber mats today. Who is near the factory store today?

I guess well have to watch the eBay this week to see what the geographically fortunate were able to scarf up for resale to the rest of us.....

I ordered this over the weekend and it came in the mail today.

Gotta say I like them. I have been buying lots of the 50th anniversary stuff, so I figured I NEEDED these.

The glass is tempered in display cases so seldom shatters from a drop; the big problem is scratches. Lot of these type of mats used in Jewelry stores to protect
their cases from the 316L Stainless steel used in quality watches!!!
