The blade of the axe is forged from 5160 steel. The eye is mild steel. The axe is really handy for smaller, more precise tasks because of the slimmer handle and light weight.
Weight - 1.1lb or half a kilogram
Cutting edge - 3.54in
The axe head is 5.90in long.
The handle is 14in long.
Materials: the axe head is made from 5160 and mild still. The handle is made from dry ash. I used natural cow leather for the sheath.
