For sale Re-curve Camp knife / Chopper
Steel: 5160 High Carbon steel
Blade Length: 10 inches tip to front of handle
Handle length: 5 inches
Overall length: 15 inches
Thickness: 1/4 inch with tapered tang to keep weight out at the end of the cutting edge
Width: 2 1/8 inches
Heat treat: Double quench with triple temper, spine heated (hard edge soft spine) to get max. toughness
Grind: Flat with Convex edge. False edge top ground clip
Handle: Curly Koa with red liners
Handle pins: Aluminum pins that have been peened
Blade finish:400 grit then Scotchbrite belt, spine mirror polish
Thong hole: front and rear
