This is one I forged out of 5160. The blade has been forged mostly to shape and ground to final shape. It has been polished and then aged for the antiqued finish. I particularly like the finish because it allows for heavy use and still maintains the look. No worries about scratching the pristine finish.
The handle has also been forged to a socket tang. It is wrapped in micro paracord and has a turks head knot as the bolster. Everything is soaked in epoxy and is quite durable. It feels good in the hand.
The sheath is 7-8oz hand tooled leather from Wickett and Craig. It holds the knife securely and allows for an easy draw.
Dimensions
Blade - 5 7/8" tip to knot
OAL - 11"
Price - $SOLD shipped to US. I will ship internationally for an additional fee.
I have this posted elsewhere, so the first timestamp saying "I'll take it!" gets it.
