try looking in the yellow pages for a custom truck spring shop. That's one of the places I find 5160 when the usual suppier doesn't have what I need. Most times they have what you need in their tailings bin and will only cost a few cups of coffee. Treat whoever helps you out nice and you'll have a source forever
Also try an auto salvage yard. Some of the heavier truck springs are probably close to those dimensions. Just be aware that the leaf springs from the salvage yard could have cracks in them. But one of the side benefits of using leaf springs is that they're tapered from the center out to the end. So your distal taper is already there. All you have to do is forge in the bevel and tang. Works for me anyway.
