Hello David,

How does the 52100 compares with the thick 1075 carbon steel I got from your Tac-Hunters in 5/16"?

Thanks.

Thanks very much everyone for the nice comments.

Simon, the 52100 has a higher carbon content and the addition of some chromium not found in the 1075. Takes a very keen edge & I did grind this edge much finer to under .020". Obviously not as "Rough & Tumble" as the Tac-Hunter.

Thanks,
David
