Hello, I have another chef/kitchen knife to list. The blade is ground from 52100 (carbon steel) barstock. It features a distal taper and a thin edge to so as to make it a great slicer. This knife sports a belt/working finish (some sharpening stone scratches visible near edge). Blade was heat treated by me in my knife kiln. Comes with a knife case from ace cases
