Hello, I have another chef/kitchen knife to list. The blade is ground from 52100 (carbon steel) barstock. It features a distal taper and a thin edge so as to make it a great slicer/cutter. This knife sports a belt/working finish. The blade was heat treated by me in my knife kiln. The knife ships in a knife case from ace cases (which can be used for storage or transport) and a wooden knife block.

Handle Length: 5 3/8" (measured from top) (4" on the bottom)
Thickness: .094" (with taper)

The knife block measures 11 11/16" Long and is made of red oak and poplar. The wood has been finished with some Danish oil.
