Some things that I have built into this knife:
52100 steel
Hand sanded to 600 grit
Thin 3/32 inch stock with a flat grind all the way to the spine for excellent slicing properties
A comfortable stabilized ash handle with a palm swell (works in a hunting knife, so why not in a kitchen knife?)
Rounded spine for the cook who likes to choke up on the blade
Slight belly in the blade so it rocks on the cutting board
Overall length:13 1/2 inches
Blade length: 9 inches
Blade depth: +/- 2 inches
$190 delivered to the US or Canada. My PayPal account and email is gldrewknives@gmail.com I also accept USPS money orders or checks with time to clear
