52100 Chef's knife

Forged 52100 with a 9" (228.6mm) blade 2.25" (57mm) wide at the heel triple quench triple temper with 416SS bolsters and pins with a Bocote Handle .110 thick. This thing cuts like a laser. It was used in a food prep demonstration held here locally so I will let this one go for $Sold shipped CONUS.
