52100 & Kirinite Chef **SOLD**

Aldo's 52100 with a full flat grind and a convex edge. Hand rubbed 240X finish. 7&5/16" (180 mm) from tip to scales. 1&15/16" (49 mm) wide, & 3/32" (2 mm) thick. .008"-.010" behind the edge.
The handle is White Metal flake Kirinite with blue G-10 liners. 4&3/8" (112 mm long) & 5/8" (15 mm) thick.
Overall length-11 & 3/4" (294 mm).
Assembled with stainless Corby bolts and Acraglas epoxy.
In house heat treat. Normalized 3 times, fully hardened to HRC 66-67, & triple tempered to a working hardness of HRC 61-62.

Looks good Darrin, love that you use 52100 and make it hard on your kitchen knives.
