52100 quench oil

So I plan on doing my first work in a long time with 52100 from Aldo. I thermal cycled starting at 1650, 1575, then stress relief for two hours at 1250. Quench Time! What would you recommend. I have parks 50 and McMaster Carr medium speed oil. The issue I am having is McMaster has switched the nomenclature on their oil to "11 second" and "22 second" so I am not totally sure what I have but it has worked fine on O1 and L6 damascus.

Thoughts?

I used McMaster carr 11 second oil on some 52100 I had and 1084 and it gets extremely hard. I don't have a tester to tell numbers though.

I am a HUGE fan of parks 50 for just about everything. I have AAA as well and it's also very nice but there is just somthing about parks 50.
