Hey everyone, I have here up for sale a hand forged 52100 utility/hunting knife. Forged from 3/4 round stock and normalized several times (about 6 cycles with lowering heats after each cycle) to refine grain and relieve stresses from forging. Probably one of the best little shavers I've made. Really like this steel. Quenched in oil and tempered for several cycles to finely temper martensite grains. Hardness is around 60HRC. Ground with a distal taper to point. 600 grit working (belt) finish on blade.
